• Our charges are irrevocable, and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
• The agreement will commence on the day that we receive payment and the signed application form. It will cease 6 months later, or earlier on your written instructions
• We reserve the right to change the services that we provide as we deem necessary,
• We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss incurred for whatever reason,
• We provide 3^rd. party advertising but accept no liability for the services that the advertisers offer,
• If you have already signed an agreement with an estate agent you may be liable to pay their fees, irrespective of who sells your property,
• We do not represent either the buyer or seller,
• We reserve the right to use information provided for the benefit of the company,

Our obligations - we will provide

• A ‘For Sale’ board until your house is sold
• Internet advertising,
• A professionally written and maintained internet web site,
• Local advertising of our service,
• An enquiry centre for telephone enquiries about your property and post details to prospective buyers as requested.

Limitations - we will not

• Inspect your property or qualify the details of your advertisement,
• Give any legal or financial advice on any aspect of the sale of your home, or the purchase of another property,
• Accompany potential buyers wishing to view your property, or conduct any negotiations between yourself and the buyer.

Your responsibilities

You will provide information about your property that is fair and accurate to the best of your knowledge,

• You decide your asking price, you do the viewing, you negotiate directly with the buyer on all aspects of the sale,
• You inform us if you withdraw or sell your property - in writing,
• You must inform us of any material changes to your property – in writing,
• You must inform us of any reduction or increase in the asking price – in writing.

Security

We will only pass on information that you have made available to us on the application form,

• We may from time to time, trace users activities to ensure that the service we provide is used in accordance with our intentions,
• We do not keep details of your Bank details or request any financial information whatsoever.

BUYER Specific Terms & Conditions
